Chief Financial Officer

We're looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations. You'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while helping scale our growing gaming studio.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk
Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Partner with leadership on strategic business decisions

Requirements

10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ in leadership roles
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
Experience in gaming, tech, or high-growth startup environments
Strong understanding of revenue models and digital monetization
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven track record of scaling finance operations

Nice to Have

Experience with Roblox or gaming industry financials
Background in M&A or fundraising
Understanding of virtual economies and in-game monetization
International finance experience
