Game Producer

We're seeking an experienced Game Producer to drive project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams. You must have prior experience as a project manager on successful games, with a proven track record of pushing updates and deep familiarity with the technical concerns of Roblox development.

Responsibilities

Own the production schedule and ensure timely delivery of updates
Coordinate between engineering, art, design, and QA teams
Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies
Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
Identify and resolve blockers to keep development on track

Requirements

3+ years as a Game Producer or Project Manager on shipped titles
Proven track record of managing live game updates and content releases
Strong understanding of Roblox development constraints and workflows
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to balance creative vision with technical and timeline realities

Nice to Have

Experience shipping Roblox games specifically
Technical background (programming, game design)
Experience with analytics and LiveOps
Familiarity with game monetization strategies
